How it works
Camera in. Junk out.
No walkthrough appointment before the walkthrough. You show us the job on your phone, we price it, a person confirms it.
The full process, start to finish

- 1
Show the job
Record a walkthrough on your phone's rear camera or upload photos. Capture wide shots, individual items, stairs, doorways, elevators and outdoor access. Every failure state — permission denied, unsupported browser, upload error — gives you a retry instead of silently dropping the file.
- 2
Confirm the details
Pick your category, load size, access type and whether heavy items or stairs are involved. A clearly labeled simulated analysis panel shows where automated observations will appear: estimated load, likely item classes, access difficulty and weight risk.
- 3
Location and timing
Add your service ZIP, choose today, tomorrow or this week, and enter your name, mobile number and email. You get a preliminary range labeled subject to review, then submit for a final reviewed quote.
- 4
Human review
A reviewer confirms volume, weight risk and access, then issues the final price. Nothing is charged and no crew is dispatched until that review is complete.
- 5
Pickup day
A vetted crew arrives in the scheduled window, hauls the load out, and documents the completed job with photos and disposal receipts.
Same-day service is subject to availability, service area and final quote confirmation.
