These terms apply to your use of this website and any quote you request from Genie Haul Junk Removal, operated by Antoine Campbell, 6340 Security Boulevard, Suite 100, #1096, Baltimore, MD 21207. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• Any price shown before review is a preliminary estimate based on the details and media you provided. It is not a binding offer.
• A person reviews every job before a final price is confirmed. Final pricing depends on actual volume, weight, item types, access difficulty and disposal fees observed on site.
• Preliminary ranges are held for a limited time and then re-priced at current disposal, fuel and crew rates.
• Same-day service is subject to availability, service area and final quote confirmation.

We do not remove hazardous or regulated materials, including paint, solvents, fuel and oil, propane and pressurized cylinders, asbestos or lead paint debris, medical or biohazard waste, and ammunition or explosives. If prohibited items are present on arrival, we may decline those items or the job.

• You confirm you own the items or are authorized to have them removed.
• You will provide safe, legal access to the property and the items.
• You will disclose stairs, long carries, elevators, weight risks and access limits.
• Removal is permanent. Check for valuables and documents before the crew arrives.

Our text program sends customer-care messages only: quote responses, scheduling updates, appointment and job notifications, and replies to questions you send us. You opt in by checking the optional text-message box on one of our forms and providing your mobile number.

• Message frequency varies based on your quote and job activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Ask your mobile carrier about your plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and then no further texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details on our contact page.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request a quote and hire us without agreeing to texts.
• Promotional or marketing texts require a separate, optional opt-in with its own disclosure. Operational customer-care consent never includes marketing.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent records are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

You keep ownership of the media you submit. You grant Genie Haul Junk Removal permission to use it to price, plan, document and quality-check your job. We will not publish identifiable photos of your property in marketing without your separate permission.

Online payment is not enabled on this website yet. When it is, payment terms, deposits and cancellation windows will be presented before you are charged. Nothing on this site charges a card, sends a message or dispatches a crew today.

Some jobs are completed by vetted independent hauling contractors. Contractors are responsible for maintaining their own required insurance and licensing, and payout occurs only after completion evidence is reviewed.

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Genie Haul Junk Removal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. We may update these terms and will revise the version noted at the top of this page.
