This page is intentionally empty. A brand-new junk removal company with fifty glowing testimonials on day one is telling you something, and it is not something good.
What we will publish here: the reviewer's first name, the neighborhood, the date, the platform the review came from, and the unedited text. Ratings schema is only added to this page once there are real ratings to aggregate.
How to judge a hauler before anyone has reviews
Until this page fills up, here is what we would tell you to check on any hauler in this market, including us.
Ask for these
- Proof the load reached a licensed facility, not just a promise
- A written price range before the crew arrives, not a curbside number
- A clear statement of what they will not take
- Whether stairs, carry distance and heavy items are already in the price
- Who actually shows up — the company or an unvetted subcontractor
Warning signs
- A cash-only dump-run price far below everyone else
- No named disposal facility and no ticket
- A binding price quoted before anyone has seen the job
- Stair and heavy-item fees that appear once the truck is at the curb
- Review counts that appear faster than the company could have done the work

Leaving a review after your job
After a completed job we send a single request with a direct link, and that is the only time we ask. We do not offer discounts, gift cards or credits for reviews, and we do not filter out negative ones before publishing. If a job goes wrong, the review stays and the fix goes next to it.
Be one of the first jobs
Show us the job on video or in photos. A person reviews every estimate before a price is confirmed.
