• Job information you enter in the quote flow: estimated load size, item categories, heavy items, stairs or long carry, access type and any notes.
• Photos and video you choose to attach so we can price the job. Previews stay on your device. If you choose AI photo analysis, resized photo copies are sent securely to our AI service to estimate visible item classes and load size. They are not published or included in your locally saved draft.
• Contact information: name, service ZIP code, mobile number and email address.
• SMS consent record: whether you checked the optional text-message box, the version of the disclosure you saw, and the time, page and campaign parameters of the submission.
• Optional analytics events: anonymous quote-funnel events, recorded only after you turn analytics on. Analytics is off unless you opt in, and you can turn it off at any time in the site footer.
